About…
August 7th, 2007
Bank Affairs is a short film being produced by a group of cg artists, along with the additional help of a few more people who are willing to help out in certain areas.
The story was originally the idea of Graham Reeves, and has been developed further by the group from May 2007 until when? we’re not sure
To begin with the core of our group was:
Between us we produced 7 short films while at the University of Hertfordshire where we graduated summer 2006 (you can see a selection of them in our previous work page here).
Currently we all work in post-production studios London - and despite the often demanding jobs we plan to develop our own short film in our spare time when possible.
To help make this project more reachable we are producing it in a larger team than we have before, not only the 4 of us, but also we have enlisted Thomas Cannell, as a character artist, and John Godwin (also from University of Hertfordshire) to help us mainly with the 2d and concept side of things.
We have set up this blog, and a forum which is mostly just for own use at the moment to communicate ideas and when applicable a useful way to show and discuss 2d/3d assets that we make to the rest of the team.
Hopefully our blog will be an insightful look into the different challenges we face - particularly the differences between making short films at uni, and making them alongside a full time job.
Also we will try to talk about the process of making the film such as the possibily of funding, sponsorship, publicity, marketing and most importantly the progress on the actual film.
We will look like this at the end hopefully.
